Chief Architect & Engineer


Karen Bourgon – Founder & Facilitator

Karen is a Catholic wife and mother of six (& Grandmother of 2!) with a background in Administration, Blogging, Personal Support Work, Fitness Consulting & Pastoral Care.  Founder & Author of The Deliverance Network. When not working as Office Manager at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, or in her ministries, Karen can be found at the gym or relaxing with her large family, both at home and at the family camp in the summertime!


Lina Gagnon – Facilitator, Bible Studies & Mothers Praying for Adult Children (MPAC) Prayer & Support Group

Lina was born in Portugal, moved to the United States as a young child and lived in the USA until a young adult, when she married a Canadian and moved to Canada.  She is a very dedicated mother to one son who is her life!
Lina works full time and volunteers in various Catholic Ministries, including the facilitation of our Sister†Hood Bible Studies and our new Mothers Praying for Adult Children prayer & support group.

Sonia is a Catholic wife and mother of two who was born in Peru, and then moved to Canada.  With a background in Industrial Engineering, she decided to work as a Language and Fitness Instructor to be able to spend more time with her family.  She has learned through life, that where there is love and peace, there is Jesus.


Deirdre Larocque – Hospitality Team

Deirdre is married and has two children; one in Vancouver, B.C. and one in St. John’s NL! She worked for Air Canada for 25 years and was blessed to be able to travel to many countries as a result.  She now works full-time for the government of Canada. She loves God and thanks Him for her faith daily. She also loves animals (especially horses!) and being surrounded by nature.


Joanne Parenteau – Music Ministry

Joanne Parenteau is a cradle Catholic who has been involved in music ministry since the age of 10.  Joanne has provided music ministry as choir director, organist, cantor and director for several churches in the Ottawa area since moving here from Edmonton in the ’90s. She currently provides weekend music ministry for Our Lady of Fatima, St. John the Apostle and Holy Spirit church and funeral music for several churches and funeral homes. In the ’90s, Joanne worked as an itinerant music and classroom teacher for the Ottawa Catholic School board and was a founding member of their school board choir. She has taught piano and voice from her home studio for over 25 years and is an ORMTA member. Joanne has been a Sister†Hood member since its inception and hopes to continue to grow with the group in faith and service to the community.
